Hello, I’m Amanda Phipps
I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people feel less overwhelmed, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
But more than that—I help you understand why you feel the way you feel, and how to actually change it.
Who I Work With
Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together on their own.
On the outside, they’re functioning—responsible, capable, and reliable.
But underneath, there’s ongoing stress, anxiety, or a constant sense of being “on edge” or constant dread and fatigue.
For some, it shows up physically—crashing after doing too much, feeling wired but exhausted. Sometimes these patterns are connected to past experiences. Sometimes they’ve been there so long they just feel like “how life is.”
My work focuses on helping you understand what’s happening to you and building a greater sense of stability, clarity, and control.
My Approach
My goal is simple: to create a space where your system can finally begin to settle.
In therapy, we process your experiences and help you make sense of what you’ve been carrying—especially when past experiences continue to shape how you feel, respond, and relate in the present.
